I received my Bachelor degree in mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University in 2015.It was exiting to learn mathematics by itself, but I wanted to apply my knowledge to some real tasks. So I entered to SPbPU to the Bioinformatics direction. In the laboratory "Bioinformatics and Mathematical Biology" my first project was focused on comparing gene diversity in Beans-Rhizobium symbiosis. Then Maria Samsonova offers me to participate in project guided by Sergey Nuzhdin (University of Southern California, LA, USA), collaborator of the laboratory. I worked on genome-wide associations analysis (GWAS) of chickpea and also analysed geographic and bioclimatic data. As the result of the wok, there is the paper of my first authorship in press. After that, I moved to classification of damaging mutations in proteins of mammals. In my master work I'm going to apply a variety of machine learning methods to the problem.

I received my bachelor's degree in the St.-Petersburg State University at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Control Processes on the program «Applied mathematics, physics and computer science». Now studying bioinformatics in the Peter the Great St.-Petersburg Polytechnic University. Worked in the mathematical biology and bioinformatics lab developing a computational tool for modeling of gene regulation processes. Now working as a specialist in bioinformatics in the leading Russian biotech company BIOCAD. My scientific interests generally are computational, systems and synthetic biology.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and informatics from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in 2013. I joined bioinformatics master program at the same place in 2015. During the first year of studying, I was offered a research opportunity in Mathematical Biology and Bioinformatics lab, for which I wrote my thesis on evolution simulation in the regulatory regions of the segmentation genes in Drosophila. My master's research includes developing a plausible model of transposon dynamics in human cell. I am also interested in oncology and immunology.

I graduated from school with silver medal. I came to study in St. Petersburg from Estonia in 2011. I graduated from SPbPU with B.A. in applied mathematics (system programming) in 2015 and from CSC (Computer Science Center) in data mining in 2016. Currently I am a master student in Applied mathematics (bioinformatics) program.. Since 2015 I work in Algorithms department of EPAM Systems. I participated in projects from OpGen, Novartis, BioReference, Merck, Hitachi. Currently my focus is assembler of restricon maps for human genome. I also taught at SPbPU programming language Python in 2016
